When enrolled in the In-Home Pediatric Palliative Care program, Tri-State Lifecare’s Palliative Physician will come into your home to provide support for patients and their families.
Your Tri-State LifeCare team act as an extension of your primary care/specialty provider, assisting with medication adjustments, discussing illness symptoms and identifying needs within in the home to help improve quality of life. It’s like the doctor’s office coming to you and your child instead of having to travel to the doctor.
Patients enrolled in the In-Home Palliative Care program may continue to receive services like home health care, chemotherapy and other curative treatments.
